Advertising and affiliate links
If advertising is used, its disclosure should preserve clear source information and the site's neutral presentation of healthcare data.

Any advertising or affiliate links are identified as advertising or promotion. They do not indicate healthcare quality, treatment effectiveness or endorsement.
Google AdSense
An AdSense script and ad unit are output only when their IDs are configured and the visitor has allowed advertising and analytics. If IDs are not configured, the script and ad unit are not output. Ad placement is intended not to occupy the first screen, and space is reserved for ad units to reduce page movement.
Amazon Associates
Amazon affiliate links are not generated until an official Amazon Associate Tracking ID is configured. If enabled, links are limited to relevant contexts such as books about public data, regional healthcare and policy. Product images, prices and reviews are not displayed when they cannot be retrieved from Amazon.
Links include a “PR” or equivalent disclosure and identify Amazon Associates. A book reference does not recommend a medical provider, treatment, treatment effect or health action.
